Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking tin with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add chocolate chips. Pour in hot butter and mix until chocolate is melted.
Step 4
Whisk in 2 cups of sugar.
Step 5
Whisk in 4 eggs, one at a time.
Step 6
Mix in vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and biscoff spread.
Step 7
Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet, making sure not to overmix.
Step 8
Pour half of the batter into the lined 8x8 baking tin. Place dollops of biscoff spread and swirl evenly.
Step 9
Add the rest of the batter on top and swirl more biscoff spread.
Step 10
Place in oven and bake at 350 for 65 minutes.
Step 11
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
