Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat; add green onions, bell peppers, tomato paste, chili pepper, and garlic salt; and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in tuna and cook until warmed through. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Step 2
Just before you're ready to serve, stir in the cream for 2 minutes to warm and combine.
Step 3
Mound zucchini noodles on two plates, ladle the sauce overtop, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and/or feta (if using).
