¾ cuppart skim shredded mozzarella cheese
low moisture
¼ cupParmesan cheese

13gground flaxseed
1 Tbspdried oregano
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
¼ tspred pepper flakes
Toppings
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to as hot as it goes (550F for me) with a pizza stone for around an hour. Heating the stone for a long time gets it as hot as possible, leading to the most browning on the underside of your pizza. This step is optional if you don't have a pizza stone; you can also bake on a cookie sheet
Step 2
Add your cauliflower to a food processor, and pulse until you have a rice like consistency. Don't over blend

Step 3
Transfer the cauliflower to a medium glass bowl, and cover with a plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes
Step 4
When done, add the rest of the crust ingredients (egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, flax, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes) to the bowl and mix to form a fully combined dough

part skim shredded mozzarella cheese¾ cup
Parmesan cheese¼ cup
ground flaxseed13g
dried oregano1 Tbsp
garlic powder1 tsp
onion powder1 tsp
red pepper flakes¼ tsp
Step 5
Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper, and flatten into 2 even round crusts
Step 6
Blind bake the crust on a preheated stone on the parchment paper until golden brown, about 10 minutes
Step 7
Remove the crusts from the oven, top with sauce, cheese, and any other toppings, and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 8 minutes to warm the sauce and melt the cheese. Optionally, broil the top for 1-2 minutes. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn

Step 8
Remove the pizzas from the oven, and transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying
