Step 1
Brown bacon in large pot. Add celery, onion, bellpepper and cook until tender. One veggies are tender, dump tomatoes, rotel and chicken broth in pot. Stir to incorporate and add old bay and Tony Seasonings to pot. Now add sausage /okra and stir occasionally on medium heat until slightly thickens, 30-40 mins. Now add shrimp and when they turn pink, remove from eye of stove. Don't over cook shrimp! Spoon over rice and serve.
