Instructions

Step 1
Place your Soya granules in a bowl with water, let them there for about 20 minutes.

While the Soya is in the water, cut your vegetables (tomatoes, carrot, red/green pepper and scallion) in small pieces, but don't mince them.

After cutting the vegetables, oil up a sauce pan and put in the vegetables gradually: first the scallion, carrot, pepper and then the tomatoes. Let them cook for about two minutes, tossing them around the pan.

Strain the Soya and add it to your pan alongside the vegtables and add water (around 300 ml). Note: you will have to add more water as the sauce begins to boil.

LET IT COOK🗣🗣🔥🔥 I mean let the sauce boil on low heat before adding your seasonings. Note: seasonings may vary after taste.

Add in your tomato(2-3 tbs) and pepper paste (1-2 tbs) and mix it in.

Add your cream, mix it in and LET IT COOK!!🔥🗣🔥 until the carrots are done. Add water gradually.
