Instructions
Step 1
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Step 3
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for basting later.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Baste with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
Step 6
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
