Instructions

Bring to a boil then lower the heat to low and cook half covered with a lid for about 20 minutes or until soft . Stir occasionally so it doesn’t burn ( note if your vegetable broth is salty add less salt with the spices )

Use a stick blender to blend some of the lentils and keep it as chunky as you like. Serve then garnish with mint coriander and if you like some cream or yogurt . Enjoy .
