Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

Meanwhile, in a 9x13 baking dish, add olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, onion, salt, red pepper flakes, artichoke, bone broth, orzo, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, spinach, and bone broth. Mix and make sure the liquid is fully covered.
Step 3
Bake for 25-28 minutes, until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF and the orzo is cooked.
Step 4
Mix and then serve!

This was phenomenal! I didn't have orzo, so I used farro instead. I did the same measure of farro for the orzo and the amount of liquid absorption was just right. I found some stuff to feta olives and cut those up to put in the recipe. This recipe was so easy, delicious, and my toddler loved it. It's a great comfort food recipe or maybe something for a potluck
