6boneless skinless chicken thighs
cut them into about 1 inch strips
½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonchili flakes
1 tablespooncorn starch
1 tablespoonteriyaki sauce

Instructions
Step 1
1. cut the chicken into 1 inch strips, add in the seasonings, corn starch and teriyaki sauce, mix and marinate for a half an hour.
Step 2
2. In a bowl mix the ingredients for the sauce, the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic and ginger paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, corn starch and whisk until well combined.
Step 3
3. Tread the chicken on the skewers. Put a skillet on medium high heat. When the oil gets hot, add in the chicken in batches and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Once all the chicken is cooked remove from skillet, to the same skillet add in the sauce, scrape off all the bits that accumulated on the bottom of the skillet.

4. Return the chicken skewers back in, give the chicken a turn in the sauce, cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is heated through (turn the skewers once or twice to insure the chicken is covered in the sauce)

5. Once done serve over white rice and enjoy.
