Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F (180 °C). Lightly coat a medium (8-oz. / 240-ml) ramekin (or ovenproof dish) with spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Add Recover, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder to a small mixing bowl; stir to combine.
Step 3
Add almond milk, egg, yogurt, stevia, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; whisk to combine. Add Recover mixture; whisk to form a smooth batter. Add more almond milk, if necessary, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Do not over-mix, or cake will be too dense. Pour ⅔ of batter into prepared ramekin. Add chocolate chips to center of batter; pour remaining batter over top.
Step 4
Bake for 15 to 16 minutes. The top should be mostly set but still soft and wobbly. Let cool a few minutes. It will harden a little. Invert onto a plate and turn over. Garnish with berries. Serve immediately.
