I highly recommend warming servings a little and then add some vanilla ice cream on top. ✨

Preheat the oven or the air fryer to 180 Celsius degree

Cover a 22 centimeter cake pan with two to three layers of parchment paper

melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler and chill in the fridge for fifteen minutes

Once the chocolate and butter mix is cool you can add the egg yolks, the vanilla, the salt and the cocoa powder. Incorporate it with a whisk

In another bowl, add the egg whites and sugar and whip it until it peaks and fold into the chocolate mixture with a spatula. Make sure you do it gently to keep the fluffiness of the egg whites.

put the mixture in the cake pan and smooth the surface

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 Celsius degrees
Step 8
Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours to unmold without spoiling.
Step 9
Finally you can warm the cake slices in the oven for a couple minutes and enjoy it with some vanilla ice cream.
