In a small microwave safe bowl add the butter and 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Microwave for a few seconds to melt the butter, add the smoked paprika and mix well. Put to the side.

Put the bread in the toaster and poach the eggs (you are looking for soft yolks). Place the poached eggs on top of the base yoghurt mix, drizzle the smoked paprika sauce on top, and serve with the toast. Enjoy!
