Instructions

Step 1
Fry one egg
Step 2
Toast ezekiel bread or english muffin
Step 3
Slice 1 oz. cheese and put on toast. Microwave for 10 seconds to melt.
Step 4
Mash .5 oz avocado and mix with a dash of Tajin seasoning and lime juice.
Step 5
Put avocado mixture on top of cheese
Step 6
Put one slice of tomato on top and salt and pepper to taste.
