Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce and vegetables together.
Step 2
Warm 3 of the limes for 5 to 10 seconds until just slightly warm, this will help them juice better. Thwm squeeze the juice into the salad and toss until well mixed.
Step 3
Slice the remaining limes onto the top of the salad for a garnish. If desired, you could also garnish with sliced tomatoes or radishes.
Step 4
Serve fresh or chilled.
