Preheat Oven and Air Fryer:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the roasted vegetables.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for the fish and fries.

Prepare the Potatoes:

Wash and peel 2 medium potatoes (optional). Slice into thin fries or wedges.

Soak in cold water for 15-20 minutes to remove starch (optional but recommended).
