Instructions

Step 1
Mix soy sauce, chicken bouillon powder, chili oil, sesame oil, unsweetened soy milk and ground sesame seeds in each serving bowl. (For multiple servings, mix in a jug and divide between bowls.)
Step 2
Crush cashew nuts using a mortar and pestle or rolling pin. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat

Add onion, ginger, and garlic, frying for 2-3 minutes until fragrant

Add ground pork with salt and pepper, cook until browned
Step 6
Mix in yellow miso paste, chili bean sauce, sake, sugar, and crushed cashews
Step 7
Heat until well combined
Step 8
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions
Step 9
Drain and place noodles in bowls with sauce
Step 10
Top with spicy pork mixture
Step 11
Garnish as desired (suggested: soft-boiled eggs, chili oil, broccoli sprouts)

Mix thoroughly before eating
