Instructions

Step 1
Slice the turkey breast into a thinner slices if it’s very thick then cover with parchment paper and use a meat mallet to pound it until it’s thinner

Season the turkey both sides with salt pepper and some of the Cajun seasoning then season flour in a bowl beaten eggs in a separate bowl and breadcrumbs in another bowl

Step 3
Dip the turkey in the flour then shake off the excess . Dip the turkey in the egg and finally coat all over in the seasoned breadcrumbs then fry in oil in a pan on medium high heat until golden and crispy on both sides

Drain the turkey on paper towels then slice into pieces . Cut the baguette then butter it and add some mayonnaise on each side . Sprinkle the lettuce add the turkey then top with grated cheddar . Cut in half and enjoy with your bestie :)
