Salmon Topping
Instructions
Pizza Base
Step 1
Mix everything well in a bowl and spread it thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to smooth out the cauliflower crust into a thin layer.
Step 2
This portion makes 1 ½ baking trays of “pizza.”
Step 3
Pre-bake the crusts for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan-forced) until they are just crispy.
Smoked Salmon Topping

Mix the cream cheese with dill and spread it evenly over the crust. Then top off the pizza with Salmon, pine nuts, dill

Top the pre-baked pizza crusts with sauce and toppings

Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190°C (fan-forced).
