Orange Sauce
¾ cupfresh orange juice
½ tsporange zest
4 Tbspbrown sugar
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbsprice wine vinegar
1 Tbspshaoxing wine
½ tspginger

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients for the batter, then add in the chicken until all the pieces are coated.
Step 2
Deep fry the coated chicken pieces until fully cooked through and golden.
Step 3
In a pan, mix together all the ingredients for the orange sauce, and bring to a boil for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and continue to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Step 5
Once thickened, add the fried chicken pieces until they’re fully coated in the orange sauce.
Step 6
Top with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
