Step 1
Season salmon both sides with salt and pepper then place in a frying pan scale side down on medium high heat

Step 2
Mix butter and Cajun seasoning with olive oil then brush all over the salmon as it’s cooking. Make sure you brush the sides then flip salmon on both sides until golden

Step 3
Squeeze lemon juice to finish then serve with any side like salad or noodles and garnish with spring onions and any herbs if you like .
