Instructions

Step 1
Brush salmon slices with teriyaki, and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake on 375 uncovered for 30 minutes. Flake when done
Step 2
Cube sweet potato, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake on 425 for 30 minutes
Step 3
Slice mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt, garlic powder and paprika and bake on 375 for 30 minutes
Step 4
To assemble salad, layer lettuce, red cabbage, sweet potato, flaked salmon, topped with mushrooms and drizzle dressing over salad.
