Instructions
Step 1
Half tomatoes. Salt tomatoes with 1 tsp of Truffle salt, then set aside

Step 2
In Medium bowl mix together Truffle oil and Balsamic. Then toss Spinach to coat.

Step 3
To Spinach add Tomatoes, Mozzarella and nuts. Toss together until well mixed. Add 1 tsp of Truffle Salt and Black Pepper. Add more to desired taste, add drizzle with additional Balsamic if needed before serving. Serve with Truffle Crisps as a garnish crunchy topping.
