Instructions

Step 1
Boil potatoes and let dry in colander
Step 2
Melt butter in a sauce pan, add heavy cream, garlic powder and onion powder
Step 3
Mash potatoes with whisk in mixer for 45 seconds
Step 4
Add in most of mixture to potatoes and mix for another 30 seconds
Step 5
With half the remaining mixture, coat the bottom of an oven safe serving tray. Add in potatoes and coat the top of the potatoes with the mixture.
Step 6
Heat in oven at 350°f for 45 minutes before eating
