Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220c fan
Step 2
Clean and chop the potatoes into 2cm chunks (no need to peel).

Drizzle with olive oil and add to a lined baking tray
Step 4
Spread in a single layer, seasoning evenly
black pepper½ tsp
smoked paprika½ tsp
garlic granules½ tsp
Step 5
Roast for 25-35 minutes until golden. Rotate halfway through.
