200gems mushrooms
1onion
garlic
sage
thyme
300gems potatoes
50 grmbreadcrumbs
100 gramplain flour
2eggs
200 milskimmed milk
10 milvegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion and mushrooms till no liquid left add garlic sage and thyme.
Step 2
Bring saucepan of water to boil add potatos and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3
Lightly crush potatoes must have texture.add to mushroom mix.
Step 4
Place in fridge to get firm. Then dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Spray roasting tin with oil and place rolled up sausage shapes in oven gas 6 and baked for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Make Yorkshire pudding mix. Put more oil in tin with sausages heat in oven then add the pudding mix to tin around sausages. Cook for another half hour till golden brown.
