Instructions

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti or tagliatelle according to package instructions.
Step 2
Pet Salmon dried, season with salt and pepper and put skin-side down in the pan. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
While the Salmon is cooking, heat a pan and fry off the shallot and courgette for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add garlic, cooking it out for another 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and 1 tbsp pasta water to loosen it. Then add the spinach, cook it for 2 minutes
Step 5
Add capers and season with salt and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if wanted.
Step 6
Stir in the pasta and add pasta water if necessary to loosen it up
Step 7
Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir through. Add pasta to a plate. Put the Salmon on top.
