Setup
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms into quarters.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 3
Cut the bread into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the basil and oregano.
Step 5
Tear apart the lettuce leaves and put in a big bowl.
Cook the croutons
Step 6
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Roast the almonds dry for 3 minutes or until colored.

Remove from the pan.
Step 9
Add a drizzle of oil and cubes of bread to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan
Cook the mushrooms
Step 10
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and cook for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
Make the sauce
Step 13
Mix the basil and oregano with 1/4 cuo of oil, salt and pepper.
Cook the pork
Step 14
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Step 15
Add to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 16
Add 1 tbsp of the sauce to the pork and cook for 1 minute.
Plate your dish
Step 17
Thinly slice the pork.
Step 18
Garnish the lettuce with all the ingredients and the sauce.
