I eat this almost everyday! It’s healthy, delicious and good for you!
Years ago, I was given this recipe by my acupuncturist as a way to help my digestive problems. Over time I added the chia seeds and blueberries.
It helped me so much and I haven’t looked back since. It’s absolutely delicious and you can change out the fruit and toppings but stay with the basic recipe of white basmati rice and green yogurt. Plain is better, but you can have honey yogurt. You can also have plain Greek yogurt and top with Honey drizzle.
