Instructions
Step 1
Chop or slice 3 of the strawberries and reserve the last strawberry for topping.
Step 2
Combine the sliced strawberries and erythritol in a small bowl and stir. Let strawberries sit and macerate for about 15 minutes. The strawberry mixture should start to look juicy.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add the greek yogurt and stevia drops and mix to combine.
Step 4
In a serving bowl or cup, add half of the yogurt, top with the berries, then layer remaining yogurt on top.
Step 5
Garnish with a whole strawberry before serving.
Step 6
Add other keto friendly toppings, such as sliced almonds and unsweetened coconut flakes.
