Instructions

Step 1
In a heavy bottomed pan, heat up the olive oil and then soften the diced onion
Step 2
Add the tin of coconut milk and water before bringing to the boil and adding the Puréety Thai Green Curry recipe seasoning

Add the turkey and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 4
Add the vegetables and simmer for another 3 minutes
Step 5
Add the chopped coriander and lime juice, then serve!
