Breakfast Style Garlic Bread

Your favourite cheesy garlic bread with a perfectly cooked egg. A really easy dish to make for breakfast or lunch.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C on the Grill setting
Step 2
Cut your French stick to the size you would like, and then slice in half.
Step 3
Put the butter in a small pot and microwave until completely melted
Step 4
Add a the garlic to the butter and stir
Step 5
Spread or paint the butter on both the slices of bread
Step 6
Sprinkle some Italian herbs on the bread before adding some grated cheese (however much you want I personally like a lot)

Put the garlic bread on a foiled pan and put it in the oven
Step 8
Spray a nonstick frying pan with some olive oil and heat on a high heat
Step 9
Crack an egg into the pan once it’s heated and make sure to tilt the pan a bit ensuring that the egg is more of a long shape. Before doing the same with the other egg.
Step 10
Once the eggs starts to turn white, sprinkle some black pepper and chilli flakes on them and leave for the whites to cook.
Step 11
Once the Garlic bread is cooked place on plates and lay the eggs on top

Serve with whatever sauce you want and enjoyyyy :)
