2 cupssemolina flour
fine
1 cupall purpose flour
4 cupswater
warm
2 Tbspsugar
1 Tbspinstant yeast
¼ tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
Walnut filling
Cheese filling
Instructions
For the qatayif
Step 1
*Blend in the blender for 4 minutes، no need for it to rise, you can make your qatayif right the way
Step 2
Pour the qatayif as you would pancakes on a 350 degrees griddle, wait until the surface is completely dry do not flip them
Step 3
Place them on a flat surface until they are no longer hot then flip them on top of each other so that they don’t dry out
Step 4
Fill them with the filling and close them by pinching on the edges
Step 5
Shallow fry them in vegetable oil or air fry them
Step 6
Place them in cold simple syrup for a couple of seconds
Step 7
Garnish with pistachios and enjoy
