Step 1
1. Put a pan on high heat add in the olive oil, onions, bell peppers and season it with salt and black pepper sauté for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden and caramelized. Then remove it from the pan.
Step 2
2. To the same pan put in the shaved steak season it with the Montreal steak seasoning and cook on high heat until cooked through, it should take about 10 minutes.
Step 3
3. Once everything is cooked start assembling the sandwich’s, add the steak, the sautéed onions and peppers, top it with your favorite cheese I used pepper jack.
Step 4
4. Transfer the sandwich into a tray and place them in the oven and broil just until the cheese melts. Then add in your favorite toppings I used mayo, tomato, lettuce and enjoy!!
