Instructions

Step 1
Preheat to 350
Step 2
Tenderize chicken breast, place on 13x9 baking dish
Step 3
In bowl, mix cranberry sauce, leek power, Russian dressing. Pour mixture over chicken
Step 4
Bake at 350 for approximately 60 minutes. Baste chicken every 20 minutes until internal temp is 160-165
Step 5
Serve over rice or cauliflower rice
