Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon into cubes
Step 2
Season salmon with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper, salt, and oregano

Add oil to a pan and sear salmon on all sides thoroughly

Remove salmon cubes from heat
Step 5
Add in 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 diced onion, 2 cloves garlic, and 1/4 cup tomato paste - Cook until fragrant
Step 6
Pour in 1 1/2 cup heavy cream - bring to a simmer
Step 7
Season the sauce with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and salt
Step 8
Add in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, pasta of choices, and 6-10 roughly chopped basil leaves
