If you want normal pancakes without banana, just omit it and add 1 cup of flour and one cup of milk to the remaining ingredients.

Step 1
Mush banana with a fork until it becomes liquid
Step 2
Add sugar, oil, egg, salt, and baking powder
Step 3
Measure out one cup of flour, but don’t add it yet
Step 4
Alternate adding they measured flour and the milk a few spoonfuls at a time until you get a pancake batter consistency. You should use all the flour and most of the milk.
Step 5
Add any other ingredients you like (chocolate chips, blueberries, walnuts, etc
Step 6
Cook em on a greased griddle until golden on both sides
Step 7
Top with peanut butter, syrup, honey, fruit, or whatever else you like,
