Step 1
On a low heat (dry, no oil), lay your rice paper on a non-stick frying pan. The rice paper with try to warp, so keep pressing it down to the heat with a spatula. Heat for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Keep the rice paper on the heat. Put sweet chilli sauce on top of the rice paper and spread out, then crack egg on top and scramble on top of that.
Step 3
Add torn up cheese triangles, spring onions and pork floss on your pizza.
Step 4
When the egg is cooked and cheese bubbles, serve. The rice paper will be somewhat golden on the bottom. Fold in half and eat like a taco. I served it with kimchi and some extra sweet chilli sauce on the side.
