A low glycemic protien and healthy fats and fiber, low sugar plus antioxidants, filling smoothie. Mildly sweet and satisfying.
Make sure you have a high power blender to get it smooth. The lemon is suggested only for those die-hard health nuts, kind of good and lemony, but a bit of bitterness too.
