Step 1
Add your hemp seeds, chia seeds, kale, frozen mango and frozen pineapple to your favourite jar and now you have your smoothie prep jars ready to go when you need a quick smoothie!
Step 2
When you’re ready to make your smoothie add all the ingredients from your jar into your blender along with your orange juice and protein powder. Blend this on high until fully combined and enjoy!
