Instructions
Step 1
Put olive oil in sauté pan on medium heat
Step 2
Drain artichoke hearts and add to pan. Sauté for 4 minutes adding lemon juice toward the end of the 4 minutes
Step 3
Cut onion and mushrooms and add to pan and sauté for another 2 or 3 minutes until artichoke starts to soften and then add the Alfredo sauce and simmer.
Step 4
Boil gnocchi for about 2 minutes, drain and then add to sauté pan.
