Hibachi noodles

3 tbs butter
1 tbs sesame or vegetable oil
1 pound udon or cooked linguine noodles
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbs sugar
4 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
In a bowl combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk to dissolve sugar and set aside. In a large skillet or wok add butter and oil once butter is fully melted add in crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add noodles and sauce you made earlier toss well to combine and sauté for five minutes tossing occasionally. Top with sesame seeds and green onion if preferred and enjoy.
