Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
Wash the radishes and leaves and dry
Step 3
Cut the leave off the radishes and set aside
Step 4
Cut the tops and bottom off the radishes then cut in half. Toss the radishes in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes
Step 5
When the radishes are finished add the butter to a sautée pan over medium heat and cook until it smells sweet and turns golden brown. Add the leaves and radishes and sautée until the leaves are wilted, it’s only a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Season to taste and squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything
