BAKED MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE

Now baked mac and cheese has to be the ULTIMATE comfort meal in my opinion. The combination of melted cheese and pasta is the perfect combination for a delicious creation.
Note: For this recipe I like to use Sargento Pre-Shredded Cheese. Two bags of Triple Cheddar and Two bags of Mild Cheddar.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add in pasta until al dente according to the packaging.
Step 3
Drain pasta and drizzle with a little oil to keep from sticking (optional)
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl, combine drained pasta with melted butter, eggs, seasonings, sour cream, heavy cream, and cheese.
Step 5
Add mixture to a greasing baking dish in an even layer.
Step 6
Sprinkle a light mixture of paprika and parsley on the top.
Step 7
Bake in the oven uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden brown crust and cooked all the way through.
