Instructions

Step 1
Involve the meat with tomato paste and salt. Let it marinate for around 1 hour.
Step 2
Cut and clean all vegetables, in desired sizes.
Step 3
Grill all solid ingredients, except lettuce, garlic and radishes.
Step 4
In a bowl mix all spices, yogurt, garlic and olive oil.
Step 5
In a plate or salad bowl place a bit of lettuce, lamb lettuce and radishes. Choose the desired grilled vegetables and season with the sauce.
