Step 1
Heat a large pot at medium heat
Step 2
While pot heats, chop the veggies and the ham. Keep both separated from each other.

*Optional* Once the pot is hot, add some of the ham and a few slices of bacon. Once finished, remove ham and bacon.

Repeat the last step until you have 3/4 cup of grease. If you don’t wish to use grease, replace with Grape-seed Oil.

Once finished, add flour to the grease/oil. Creating your roux.

Stir the roux for 25 minutes or until it is Hershey Chocolate brown.

Once browned, add vegetables. Stirring & combining for a total of 1 minute.

Next, add crushed tomatoes to the roux and veggies & stir.

Add 30 oz of water to the pot.

Add remaining ingredients (except meat) to the pot.

Stir, bring to a boil, cover, set heat to low, and cook for however long you prefer. 30 minutes-12 hours

Once time has passed, add ham and crab meat to the pot.

Stir, bring to boil again, cover, set to low. Cook for 45 minutes.
Step 14
After 45 minutes, add shrimp to the pot.
Step 15
Stir, bring to boil again, cover, set to low. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 16
Once completed, serve in a bowl. Add and mix warm, cooked rice to the bowl, then enjoy!
