Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix until well combined.

Slice the tomato.

Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the egg mixture. Make sure the whole pan bottom is covered. Fry the eggs for about 1,5min until the egg begins to set on the surface.

Now place the wrap on the eggs and press down with your hand. Fry for another minute. Then turn the wrap with all the egg.
Step 5
Spread one half of the wrap with the cream cheese. Then sprinkle on the grated cheese.
Step 6
Cover half of the cream cheese side with the lettuce and tomato and the other half with the turkey ham.
Step 7
Now fold the uncovered tortilla half onto the covered one. Then fold again so that a triangle is formed.
