Pan Roasted Chicken Thighs with Cherry Tomatoes is an easy on your budget and easy to make dinner recipe that is just plain delicious. This recipe uses boneless chicken thighs, however you can use bone in. You will just need to increase cooking time to make sure thighs are done. I also take my skin of chicken to decrease the fat.
