1can diced tomatoes
2cans chili beans
1onion
diced
1stalk celery
diced
1 Tbspgarlic
minced
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 tsporegano
1 tspthyme
rice
for serving
Meat Version
Vegetarian Version
Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients, except rice in slow cooker or Freezer bag.
Step 2
When ready to cook, cook for 3 hours in slow cooker. Serve over rice.
To Make a Vegetarian Version
Step 3
Make the same as the meat version, except leave out the sausage and add 1 tsp. liquid smoke
