¼ tsponion powder
1 Tbspcassava starch

Instructions

Step 1
Drain cashews and add all ingredients to high power blender until smooth.
Step 2
Bring to heat mixing always until texture is right (about 30'' after start boiling).

Dilute 2 Tbsp of the sugar into the warm water, add the dry yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the yeast with the rest of the bread ingredients, and split the dough in 12 pieces (~105g each).
Step 5
Make sure you place breads over a parchment paper!
Step 6
Brush with water/agave syrup mix.
Step 7
Bake for 13min at 250°C (pre-heat oven for 20min minimum).
