Instructions
Step 1
Season diced chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. After it’s seasoned cover with cornflower and fry in a pan.
Step 2
After the chicken is done set it aside, in the same pan fry the corn, peas and carrots. Once they are cooked move them to the side and in the other side of the pan scramble two eggs.
Step 3
Once the eggs are done, stir through 375g of precooked rice.
Step 4
Add in 1tbsp of sesame oil, 1tbsp of soy sauce, stir through and then stir in the chicken as well.
Step 5
Top of with spring onion and sesame seeds.
